Once the on-site works start we continue to liaise with contractors and other suppliers. Although key decisions will have been made at the design development stage there are always questions and changes during construction.

Purchase and delivery of fittings and furniture need to be managed and final finishing touches chosen.

 

For larger projects we can provide full project and budget management through this phase.

We manage all aspects of this stage to keep your stress to a minimum.
